Proceed following the cleaning visit

leave ample time before next check-in so corrective tasks can be completed prior to client arrival.

  • Complete post check out inspection as needed, or ensure completeness, follow up on results

Ensure a 5 Star cleaning result

  • Touch-test hard surfaces for dust, check under furniture for dust, counters should shine, glass surfaces clean, everything organized smelling fresh.

    Confirm readiness

  • Confirm guest supplies per ‘Guest Supply’ list

  • Remotes are accounted for (Fans TV, Shade)

  • Turn on TV sets – ensure no damage

  • First Aid Kits are complete and at the designated locations: Kitchens (2); Laundry Room (1)

  • Outdoor grill covered, gas tank turned off, hose turned off, fountain filled to top edge

  • Special guest requested items, supplied / returned to storage

  • All maintenance items completed

  • Prepare and display welcome package.

  • Closed in upstairs living, master bedroom, downstairs master.

Shutters

  • All wood shutters closed.

Blinds

  • Upstairs living room All 7 motorized blinds are lowered.

  • Upstairs kitchen and entrance blinds lowered.

  • Game room blinds lowered.
