Kitchens

(Upstairs and Downstairs)

• Wipe down and disinfect the outside of all the appliances, worktops, drawers, and cupboards

• Dust top of refrigerator and cabinets

• Clean all the utensils if needed, organize cabinets

• Clean the stove, range

• Clean hoods and vents

• Wipe down the microwave inside and out

• Wipe down the inside of the refrigerator

• Clean the sink and sink drain

• Empty dish waster

• Wipe down and clean blender and toaster

• Spice, unopened dry food, olive oil, vinegar can stay at the cabinet right of the microwave.

• Throw out leftover food in opened containers.

• Replace the dirty garbage bag with a clean one.

• Wipe out trash container area inside.

• Clean windows

• Vacuum and mop the floors.

Laundry room

• Make sure there is no trash or lint in the dryer

• Empty trash, replace bag

• Wipeout washer and dryer

• Wipe down washer and dryer

• Disinfect the knobs, buttons, and doors of the machines

• Clean the sink and clear out sink drain

• Organize under sink

• Refill cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and softener

• Dust baseboards and moldings

• Clean/vacuum/mop floors and rugs

• Organize towel cabinet

Living Room

• Dust all surfaces disinfect island

• Dust fan, baseboards, and moldings

• Clean island sink

• Organize / clean cabinets

• Disinfect light switches and all remotes

• Vacuum all sofas and under furniture

• Mop travertine (PH Neutral Floor Cleaner) and vacuum rug

• Clean east facing windows

  • Exterior: Windows – wash off sand with soft cloth then squeegee

• Clean south windows as needed

game room

• Dust all hard surfaces

• Dust fan

• Clean pool table copper light with damp microfiber cloth

• Vacuum sofa and under sofa

• Remove spider webs

garage / ping pong room

• Vacuum

• Mop

• Dust ping pong table

• Disinfect fitness equipment

• Organize space

porch (east & west facing)

• Sweep sand and debris

• Windows – wash off sand with soft cloth then squeegee

• Do NOT wipe camera lenses

 Bathroom

• Sanitize and clean toilet

• Clean and sanitize sinks, tub, and/or shower

• Make the faucet and the mirror shine with a window cleaner

• Clean tile surfaces and grout, remove hard water, bleach mold

• Clear the tub/shower drain from hair or blockages

• Wipe out drawers, cabinets

Bedrooms

• Remove used sheets and duvet covers

• Put on new sheets and duvet covers for all queen and king beds

• Clear any trash

• Dust all surfaces, incl. baseboards, under furniture, fan

• Clean windows

• Disinfect light switches or remotes

• Dust/clean light fixtures/ceiling fans

• Vacuum under the bed for dust

• Sweep or vacuum the floor, incl closets, mop – Use PH neutral for upstairs master BR marble

Entrance area, foyer

• Vacuum, Mop marble with PH neutral floor cleaner

Laundry tasks

• Wash the following in-house:

  • Kitchen cloth

  • Bath robes

  • Beach towels

  • Tablecloth

• Bag the following for laundry service:

  • Bath towels

  • Bed sheets

  • Duvet cover
